Heath welcomed Anthony Ender into the squad as Josh Heyburn had to sit out the match due to suspension after his sending off in the last round against Bexhill but it will no doubt be one of the quietest evenings the keeper has had in his career as for 90 minutes it was one way traffic.

Heath really had the bit between their teeth after a disappointing display on Saturday away against Guernsey and the FA Cup exit at the start of the season to the hands of Lancing it was a game Heath wanted to impress in.

Previous matches between the sides have been close but tonight everything fell into place quickly for Heath as the match unfolded.

14th Minute - Callum Saunders pounced on a defensive lapse and fired in from a tight angle

17th Minute - Lewis Finney got across the front of his man to get to Callum Saunders cross and finished well into the corner

19th Minute - Karly Akehurst strikes from 30+ yards over the keeper into the roof of the net

33rd Minutes - Byron Napper slips Callum Saunders in and he fires low into the back of the net from a tight angle.

36th Minute - Lewis Finney's strike is well blocked but Andrew Dalhouse pick up the loose ball and fires into the back of the net.

Heath make a double substitution at half time with Alex Laing and Ansu Janneh replacing Callum Saunders and Karly Akehurst

46th Minute - Byron Napper finds Alex Laing who's first touch of the match ends in a great strike and goal

66th Minute - Byron Napper plays Kieran Rowe in with a brilliantly weighted ball and Rowe fires through the keeper who finds his shot to hot to handle as the ball just about goes over the line.

69th Minute - Alex Laing is set free but the keeper makes a fine save at his feet, the loose ball is pick up by Andrew Dalhousewho makes no mistake blasting the ball in for his second of the match.

70th Minute - Lancing substitute sees red after a rash tackle on Alex Laing earns him a second yellow card and an early shower

76th Minute - Andrew Dalhouse completes his hat-trick once again finishing well

88th Minute - Kieran Rowe wraps up the evening with a fine finish into the roof of the net from a tight angle.

Heath will now face Hassocks FC at the Beacon in the quarter-final - date and time to be confirmed.
