The magic of the FA Cup is back

THE magic of the FA Cup returns this weekend when three local sides take part in the extra-preliminary round.

Arundel, East Preston and Littlehampton all have home ties as they look to bank £1,500 prize money and progress into the next round.

It is an all County League affair for Arundel, who host Rye United on Saturday, with a 3pm kick-off.

EP also host a fellow County League team, with Crowborough the visitors to The Lashmar on Saturday. The sides only just met on the opening day of the season at the weekend, when East Preston ran out 3-0 winners.

Golds make it a hat-trick of all County League affairs as they entertain St Francis Rangers at The Sportsfield on Sunday, with a 3pm kick-off.

If the matches are drawn on Saturday, replays will take place in midweek. Keep up-to-date with any replay news on www.littlehamptongazette.co.uk

The draw for the preliminary round, which takes place on August 31, has already been made.
