On March 31 Chris Wyatt wrote encouraging readers to become Dementia Friends in order to have an understanding of some of the challenges faced by those with dementia and their carers.

Haywards Heath Town Council works closely with the local Dementia Action Alliance to deliver monthly Dementia Friends sessions at the Town Hall in Boltro Road.

The sessions are free and last an hour. The next session is on Tuesday 26th April at 2pm. For more information, contact the Town Hall on 01444 455694.
